The appointments you make with our doctors and dental team are reservations and are considered commitments to your health and our business relationship.
Patients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointments without giving 48 hours advanced notice, may be personally charged a $100 for reserved time wasted.
We hope this never becomes an issue in our relationship since failed reservations are a disappointment to everyone, including you, us, and patients in need of care.
